Halecon was founded in 1981 by Bob Hale, in Edison, NJ.
In 1991 Halecon relocated to its current
headquarters in Bridgewater, NJ. Halecon has developed into a full service paving and excavating company, handling a wide array of projects varying in both size
and complexity.
